About Chef Eric Arrouzé

With over 28 years experience working in the food industry at famous hotels and restaurants both in France and Canada, Chef Eric Arrouze now operates and manages Learn 4 Fun consulting.

Originally from France, Chef Eric worked as an executive chef at Le Cap-Estel, a 5-star hotel in the French Riviera. Chef Eric was only 23 years old when he became head chef of this jewel.  For three years he successfully headed up a team of 14 chefs, delighting the most sophisticated palates! He cooked for famous people such as Prince Albert of Monaco, Catherine Deneuve, U2, Enzo Ferrari...to name a few.

Drawing from his vast experience Chef Eric has shown his expertise with hundreds of student chefs as well as thousands home chefs through his classes. Constantly looking to improve his skills and expand upon his talents, he is a certified instructor. Chef Eric has been teaching at the University of British Columbia, in private homes and for organizations who wanted to organize team building.

In his previous business venture, 911cheferic.com, Chef Eric created a site for food lovers around the globe. Whilst 911cheferic.com is for people who want to cook for pleasure, onlineculinaryschool.net is geared towards professionals and serious amateurs. Indeed, he has developed a very intensive curriculum that will take you from the basics to the more advanced cooking techniques.
