Course Introduction This one week course is a free trial, an introductory cooking course for anyone who wants to try our Online Culinary School. During this course, which constitutes a mix of lessons from different courses, your instructor Chef Eric will teach you some basic skills in order to cook a delicious meal. The goal of this course is for you to experience the learning process of our online courses. The actual courses are composed of lessons where you will not only learn about cooking techniques, but you will also learn about the products you are working with. During this course, you will cook authentic dishes what will allow you to practice the cooking techniques learned in the lessons. Each full-length course is divided into topics which are themselves divided into lessons (from 1 to 10) and recipes that are supported by videos. The length and number of videos vary depending on the subject but range anywhere from 3 to 17 minutes in duration, and 1 to 15 videos per subject. Save money!
