Welcome to the first online video cooking school.

In our chef training program we have hundreds of videos and cooking lessons to teach you. Our goal is to provide you with the best culinary education possible wherever you are. All cooking courses are designed and taught by French Chef Eric Arrouzé, a certified chef instructor.

Two types of learning:

  • Guided study: the courses start and end at specific dates. New lessons are released each week.
  • Self study: start a course anytime you want for 30 days. You have a complete access to all lessons as soon as you sign up.

Both types have the exact same content and chef support. Just choose the type that works best for your schedule.

Our chef training curriculum for beginners is similar to what you would find in expensive cooking school around the world. It is divided into ten intensive cooking courses that we recommend you to take in order, to maximize your learning.

Cooking instruction includes streaming flash videos, lessons, quizzes, homework, assignments, downloadable course textbooks and Chef Instructor support. At the end of each course, you will get a certificate of completion.
