Sauce Making Fundamentals - Guided Study Online Course: Learn one of the most difficult cooking fundamentals. Cook amazing French sauces starting with the 5 mother sauces that regroup all the basics techniques in French culinary art sauce-making. You will make various sauces such as velouté, hollandaise, béchamel, tomato, coulis, gravy, vinaigrette, mayonnaise and many more.This is a guided study course with Chef Eric support that starts every third Saturday of the month. Guided study courses are offered date to date monthly for four weeks. They are exactly the same as self study courses with the same Chef support.
All cooking courses are designed and taught by French Chef Eric Arrouzé who is a certified instructor and teach at the University of British Columbia. Chef Eric has been featured in various media such as USA today, New York Times, CBC, W Network, Global TV, CTV, City TV etc.

It is divided into ten intensive cooking courses that we recommend you to take in order, to maximize your learning.
